Moving to Stay Strong Human bodies were made to move Moving helps keep us strong For moving our strength does improve Aches and pains of joints does remove We then sing out in a song Human bodies were made to move Sometimes hard to get in the grove When days are made to be long For moving our strength does improve God gave us this body in approve What He gives us is not wrong Human bodies were made to move He does not need to prove Moving necessary all lifelong For moving our strength does improve When we don't move we disapprove Of what God gave us to be strong Human bodies were made to move For moving our strength does improve    ©Doris Elaine
