You Put a Smile on My Face, Thank you Was a feeling that was gave in grace As you touched my heart with your awesome love You gave me joy with a smile on my face You lifted me high above this place Made me want to fly like a dove Was a feeling that was gave in grace As I greatly felt your warm embrace That came down from the great above You gave me joy with a smile on my face Was uncontrollable that made me drunk As the laughter enveloped me non-stop Still wobbly after the lift shrunk Then back to reality my spirit did drop As the after effect left me aglow Your touch to me no human can top This was from you my Lord, I know Was a feeling that was gave in grace I thank you Lord as your love does show You gave me joy with a smile on my face ©Doris Elaine Thoughts : If you have ever been touched by God then you would know His touch well.
