A Re-post Poem

Prayers for Our Nation’s Leaders in Command

For our nation’s leaders in command
We only and must have prayed
As Christians it has been planned
No matter how much they erred

Into pray one then is teared
For if we really must stand
It’s praying that is made cleared
For our nation’s leaders in command

One must obey and bares
As has been declared
To give leaders what is theirs
No matter how much they erred

With God we never feared
Speaking to Him in making our stand
Our place now given not afraid
For our nation’s leaders in command

To live in this nation God command
As citizens to our leaders we adhered
To their protecting civil command
No matter how much they erred

As God finds you to have prayed
That to be where you made your stand
No matter how much they erred
For our nation’s leaders in command

Thoughts: We must and can only pray for our nation’s leaders no matter who they are or where we are. Remembering, God is in charge, He made the nations and established them; Acts 17:26. Our creator of all things will take care of them in His own time and way. We are to pray for our civil governance and respect them for their protection and security. Christians are to do our best, to be subjective and seek peace with our government; 1 Timothy 2: 1-2. Even Jesus obeyed civil governance, not breaking not one rule of, the then, civil governance; no not even upon being arrested and led to the cross, all the way until His death. Him and His disciples even paid taxes as was commanded; Matthew 22: 17-21, Romans 13: 5-7. However, we are to stand on God’s given governance of morality and our freedom to pray and worship to our Heavenly KING. We pray!

Happy Valentine, Love of my heart!

“For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height— to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God” (Ephesians 3:14-19. NKJV).  Happy Valentine’s Day All Precious Hearts Everyday

Holy Spirit- Acrostic Poem

"But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him." (1John 2:27. NKJV) "Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." (Romans 15:13. NKJV). "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you." (John 14:26. NKJV). "The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God," (Romans 8:16. NKJV). "By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit." (1 John 4:13. NKJV). "For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free—and have all b

Two poems preview for "Growing Strong in The Lord - part one"

Here two more preview poems from my Growing Strong in The Lord Collection. These are from where I left off in my Part One previews. I will be mostly posting preview poems, as promised, from my published books. Rarely will you see a new poem here on this site. These two poems from my Growing Strong in The Lord- Part One, "I Am Sowed By God's Words" , came out of knowing God was with me during an impact with my car and a full grown and huge doe deer. I listed these two poems just days apart, as I still felt the grace God delivered me that fateful day; reminding me of His grace and presence throughout my life.  It's Not Luck, But Grace ⭐ When one is thrown a curve ball Like something unexpected takes place That can bring an unforeseen pitfall One holds tight and does brace As one calls on the Lord above all He then sees you through this place In the aftermath you then recall The Lord got you through, you embrace For He can, no matter how big or small And then you rea
