"My Form Created" Poem-I ask The Lord For....

 I Ask The Lord For.....



I went to Him sincerely in tears
To ask for my deep down desire
For without this my being in fears

On my knee hoping my prayers He hears
As to this desire my soul is on fire
I went to Him sincerely in tears

In His words His care to this He declares
And to this desire with Him acquire
For without Him my being in fears

Little I knew the desire of my soul
As He showed me to Him it be
In my being deep down made whole

In His presence while on my knee
No truer is His love from above
My soul is touched in desire of thee

Asking The Lord for blessings of true love
I went to Him sincerely in tears
Now with Him my desire never void of
For without Him my being in fears

Thoughts: Many times we have heartfelt desires that are either something we never experienced or we haven't had in a very long time. To this we often go in prayers asking for this desire; which God does promise in His words "Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart" (Psa. 37:4. NKJV). In this promise one must first be delighted in The Lord; our number one heart's desire, for without Him our deep down desire(S) aren't possible. I learned in true love He is my desire for without Him my being in fears.
