A Poem For Thought

  Everything Good


This I've known and do understand
It's not a mystery, nor hard to know
Most times It's to the Lord of everything good

And to this give thought, if one would
Sometimes satan makes good to his will show
This I've known and do understand

One needs to pay attention as one should
To the circumstances that are bestow
Most times it's to the Lord of everything good

But to good give praise where praise deserved
As one should know satan is full of tricks
And to trickery no praise be served

If with good the Lord is in the mix
It's clear then to Him is praise to be
For in these times righteousness depicts

Good not always clear to what you see
This I've always known and understood
When good is from above one can agree
These times it's to the Lord of everything good

Thoughts: Many times when good happens we can misunderstand to where it came. I know I have at times. I have and are learning to be careful to whom giving thanks when good happens and do try to understand the circumstances of the event. For instance; winning the lottery. Well, that's gambling, not very Christian like. To say Thank You Lord, I believe would be a miscalculation. Why would the Lord approve or give one a winning ticket when let's face it, that's gambling? Again, Not Christian Like! Good does not always come from the Lord. Satan is a master at trickery and will even influence one into thinking his or her actions of wrong are okay by creating something good to come out of it just to trick one into continuing the wrongful act. Most good is from the Lord, because He is good. Just be aware of the circumstances and know the Lord is the creator of good, but in this world devilish influence can change to bad everything good.
