Happy Thursday


Having God as head of your life
Applying His Word gives you strength
Placing your hope in the afterlife
Pointing out His Grace at length
Your internal being then comes to life

Today a day of uncertain joy  
Having past the first part of the week  
Usually your spirit hard to employ  
Referring to God able to continue when weak 
Soon your spirit lifted before the enemy does destroy   
Doing what's best His comfort is seek  
Able then in meekness your day to enjoy 
You continue in His presence this day unique
