Growing Strong Part 2 Poem

Who You Where Meant To Be

When in this world your being wants to flee
As others don't understand who you are
Just be who you where meant to be

Even when not accepted as thee
For a challenge to them bizarre
Then in this world your being wants to flee

Don't loose hope for to you God does see
And to Him your being becomes a star
In being who you where meant to be

Gaining strength you realize its Him you need
Not the strength of others who are weak
As their approval is given in greed

As to yourself your ways unique
Others may try and make you what your not
Thinking of themselves their ways you seek

Alive and well to your ways of thought
When in this world your being wants to flee
Don't give in to the of the world you fought
Just be who you where meant to be

Thoughts: More often than not people have a tendency to think because they are okay, alive, and well in their ways that others will be too. Often they will try to tell one how to be to make them happy as well; when many times that person is just fine and happy as they are. Just because one does not partake in activities that others do does not mean one is unhappy in not doing so. Just maybe they are happy as the meek and calm person they where meant to be. Everyone isn't happy to be partakers of worldly activities and one forcing or pushing them out of their comfort zone will more than likely make them unhappy. If you feel out of place in this world, no worries, your not alone. As Christians more often than not you are supposed to feel out of place in this world; that's a good and unique thing. If it makes you happy to be drama free from worldly things then do so and just be who you where meant to be.

Happy Valentine, Love of my heart!

“For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height— to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God” (Ephesians 3:14-19. NKJV).  Happy Valentine’s Day All Precious Hearts Everyday

Holy Spirit- Acrostic Poem

"But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him." (1John 2:27. NKJV) "Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." (Romans 15:13. NKJV). "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you." (John 14:26. NKJV). "The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God," (Romans 8:16. NKJV). "By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit." (1 John 4:13. NKJV). "For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free—and have all b

Two poems preview for "Growing Strong in The Lord - part one"

Here two more preview poems from my Growing Strong in The Lord Collection. These are from where I left off in my Part One previews. I will be mostly posting preview poems, as promised, from my published books. Rarely will you see a new poem here on this site. These two poems from my Growing Strong in The Lord- Part One, "I Am Sowed By God's Words" , came out of knowing God was with me during an impact with my car and a full grown and huge doe deer. I listed these two poems just days apart, as I still felt the grace God delivered me that fateful day; reminding me of His grace and presence throughout my life.  It's Not Luck, But Grace ⭐ When one is thrown a curve ball Like something unexpected takes place That can bring an unforeseen pitfall One holds tight and does brace As one calls on the Lord above all He then sees you through this place In the aftermath you then recall The Lord got you through, you embrace For He can, no matter how big or small And then you rea
